Our 2026 Early Harvest Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from the very first unripe olives of the season, picked while still vibrant green to capture their fresh, bold character. The result is an intensely aromatic, herbaceous oil with a distinctive peppery finish that Early Harvest Olive Oil is renowned for.

This limited-edition, single-origin Extra Virgin Olive Oil has already been entered into the 2026 Hunter Valley Olive Awards, Melbourne Fine Food Awards and Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, with results to be announced throughout the year.
